How do we protect ourselves from the heat?
1.) Wear sunscreen! Sunscreen doesnโt only protect us from sunburns, but also future skin problems! Make sure to reapply it every few hours!

2.) Drink lots of water throughout the day. With all this heat, weโre sweating a lot more and losing more fluids. Being hydrated in the summer is so important! ๐ฆ ๐ง
3.) Shade! Whenever you can, try to stay out of direct sunlight. This doesnโt only help your skin, but also keeps you cooled off and protects you from being over heating! โ
