I’m really sorry I’ve been so quiet. I started a new medication for my PCOS driven insulin resistance that I’m stopping today. It’s been making me so sick AND incredibly bloated but I had to wait a week to see if symptoms would subside. I’ve felt severely disconnected from my body and myself while this has been going on.
