Today, I made one of my favorite breakfasts — a delicious omelette with veggies and cheese. It's not just breakfast, it’s a real treat for the taste buds! 😋

The process was surprisingly simple: I chopped up fresh tomatoes, peppers, and a bit of herbs, added them to the eggs, and tossed in some grated cheese. I cooked it on low heat to make sure the omelette stayed soft and fluffy. A pinch of salt and pepper, and voilà — the perfect breakfast to kickstart the day! ☀️
