I finish my workout with cable kick backs super set with good mornings. 4 workings sets working up to 32kg and boom, I'm absolutely fucked ð Each session is no more than an hour & I find that I get doms (delayed onset of muscle sorness) nearly every time.

Good morning my lovelies ð So this is what my typical leg session looks like. I start on the back extension to activate & warm my glutes up. Super set with single leg rdl. 5 sets in total using a 24kg kettlebell. Same for thr rdls. My reps are slow & controlled, no rushing!
