This is my new favorite vegan protein powder! 😍💚💪 when looking for a protein powder, I take a good look at the ingredients - is it really plant-based protein, or just a bunch of chemicals? Also, you want your protein coming from multiple sources, not just one! And I love this one because the protein is sourced from pea, hemp, chia, pumpkin, and coconut! 🥥 🎃 🍃

Haven’t been able to have any fun in the kitchen today yet because I’ve been running a million errands 😮💨🫣 On these types of days, smoothies are my lifesaver. It’s so easy to throw all the nutrients you need in a blender, and make a yummy, on the go meal! 🥤🥰💚

Do you ever have those days where you just need to clear out your fridge so nothing goes bad and you’re not wasting anything? 🫣😅 Because I always buy so much produce, that happens to me aaaaaall the time. Did you know that starting your day with some sunshine is actually amazing for you? If you can get some sunlight on your eyes for at least 10 minutes within an hour of waking, it really helps regulate our circadian rhythm, which then helps us sleep at night! 💤🛏️🥱😴

As you guys know I’m a vegan for lots of reasons, but the main one is health. 💚 But good health goes deeper than the physical, you also have to make sure your mental and spiritual health is strong! 💪🧠 If you notice I wear bandanas a lot, it’s because I’m a person who tends to absorb others emotions often, and “veiling” tends to protect me from it! I know I know, it may sound a little weird, but whatever works, right?! 😂🥰

I loveee Asian food, so this general tsos tofu is so perfect for me, you should try! All you have to do to get that crispy delicious coating is toss your tofu in cornstarch before you add it to the pan, and then add the sauce once it’s done cooking and you’ve put the heat on low. Sooo good! 🤤💚🍱
