I have a situation which I remembered for my whole life. I had a job interview in a small commercial bank. I failed this interview and lost an opportunity to work there. When I asked an HR specialist what was wrong on the interview, she told me that the boss didn’t see my working motivation and any reason why I wanted to be a part of this small bank. I was thinking a lot after this conversation and I realized that it was true. I didn’t want to be a mediocre employee and to work in the office. I wanted freedom and my own project. That time was my room for improvement. I started out to do some steps for reaching my goal. Actually it wasn’t failure, it was remarkable motivation for me to change my life. I bailed out from commercial structure and gave up my career there. I decided to start a new career in the digital marketing and the adult. I made a breakthrough because instead of office routine I started to travel and to work online. I consider this action my accomplishment. I live an interesting life and feel free. I appreciate that situation when I failed the job interview. Who knows, maybe one day I will become this case “from rags to riches”.
