Interesting, yes. But let's break down whether this is actually true.

During sexual arousal, physiological changes do occur throughout the body: heart rate increases, circulation increases, skin sensitivity increases. And yes, your breasts may swell a bit and your nipples may become firmer
But! 📏 We're talking about a slight increase - 5-10% at most, and it's temporary. It's not at all what you might call a “plus one bra size” effect.
💡 Why does the myth live on?
✔️ Visual effect - nipples become more prominent, breasts are a little denser and this is perceived as “growth”.
✔️ The desire to endow arousal with superpowers.
✔️ Influence of movies and porn, where the body often “works” according to the laws of drama rather than physiology.
