I really enjoy walking in the morning. The air is fresh, nature is just waking up, and each step fills me with energy. It’s a time to be alone with my thoughts, reflect on something important, or simply enjoy the silence. Morning walks help me stay in shape and give me a boost of energy for the whole day.
