Hope you have a good weekend ahead If you are having trouble staying focused, getting things done, finding motivation today just remember that (apparently) 80% of the time that you can take the first step in doing something, you will follow through! Getting started is often the hardest part so just be gentle with yourself, tackle something small, and see where it takes you! I think it's also helpful to just have simple expectations one step at a time you got this!
