Added 2023-09-29 18:41:18 +0000 UTCI will remind all of you, I DO NOT HAVE A HOUSE RIGHT NOW. I have a serious mold issue at home, it has made me sick over and over and over for 5 years. I am at the mercy of others when filming customs, often why I do not offer video calls at all. So when I do put out my menu, I often have time scheduled to film. But human things happen, like a sick kid comes home and takes me away from my free time to shoot.
Turn around can take 2-4 weeks on some customs. Treating me with rude, unforgiving behavior is unacceptable. It takes a lot of effort to film some custom orders. They take love and care, lighting, sometimes a camera person. Then that takes serious editing. I make every clip as high of quality that I can.
OF doesn't even allow me to refund. and I do, everywhere else. Because it is not worth getting beat up verbally by some of you. Wish I could do more for my circumstances to keep a 7 day turn around but the other mountain is the demand. I often don't take orders when I am sitting on several.
The customer is often wildly wrong, demanding, and mean.
