If we understand what we do, more importantly understand what’s causing it, we can ultimately change it. What we do folks is a series of repeatedly reinforced behaviours. So people talk about habits that is behaviours that have been repeating reinforced and it become habitual I.e routines. Think of all the behaviours that you do, there’s so many examples I could say. Long story short everything that we do is triggered by something. As I’ve said if you can identify what is triggering the behaviour, you can change it. That is where you take control and regain power over your own behaviour. This is where you can make meaningful change in your own life. Because if we don’t change and address, identify our triggers, We continue on the same pattern and the behaviour loop (chain) just keeps repeating and repeating. So this is where you have to break the chains and form new ones that will positively benefit your lifestyle, life, and you. This is where you actually have to be motivated to change this is the issue PEOPLE aren’t motivated or want it bad enough to change because this shit is so much more complex than people think. So Long story short again, if you don’t address your behaviour chains, patterns of behaviour, habits – fuck all is going to change.
