I used work long days and only eat a few hundred cals. Getting up off the bed and being light headed. Ugh, why did I do that to myself? Then I would go train hard after it all… My PT said to me, “how do you expect a car to run if your don’t fuel it?” - it was that analogy that made it all click… a car analogy.. I know I love my cars. We all have different relationships with food, some eat and drink far too much, and some not enough. We have to nourish and feed ourselves the right things to achieve the goals we want (same applies to weightloss too). When growing up, my mom drilled into me, be slim, be slim, a man won’t want you if you’re fat for years and years… that wasn’t healthy to a girl growing up. Probably related to why it was such a struggle for me to eat more, to become what I want. In fact a man or woman will like you no matter shape or size, because someone will find you attractive as beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say. Sounds all relatively stupid, “omg you can’t eat more…” believe me guys, it took months. Im happy with what I have achieved… and what I will achieve. Im just rambling because this was on my mind, and this is more than a porn site. But, just know. I’m really trying! I’ll post a few pics of the journey sometime 🙌
