I did say it’s going to be non stop for 6 weeks until I go away… but, in reality it’s unrealistic. I have bad DOMS and I’m generally quite tired. Maybe it’s a knock on effect of my fun packed weekend or the non constant grind I been on. So today, I’m saying chill the fuck out. Tomorrow is a new day, and that’s okay. To my self employed folks, it’s okay to take a few hours/days to yourself, to my fully employed people, don’t feel guilty using your annual leave, sick leave. Your health is the most important thing, and it’s important to take a step back when you need it ❤️
