

How are you doing today?⭐️☺️ I woke up a bit anxious. I’m going to try and get out of the house go rock climbing & practice meditating. I’ve been journaling almost everyday this year and realized it has helped me a ton mentally. I have a hard time communicating my emotions so sometimes writing them or even drawing them helps me get to the point. I know this kind of post is different for me, I just thought I would share a bit. With everything going on in the world these days I know i’m not the only one who has tough days here and there.
