Heading off island to go to an appointment, pick up some supplies to support my new needs, and grocery shop for approved foods for my new diet. I’m curious if the focusing I have to do on calming my vagus nerve will have an effect on my overall moods and health. I wonder if this nerve system in my body has been injured for some time and finally broke. This will be an interesting journey. But I am very happy it’s, overall, dedication to simple adjustments that will help me get better. (photos taken on private property)
