I am hoping I’ll be in the mood to make a new video today. ❤️❤️❤️ 💋💋💋💋💋💋 If you notice any weird bruises on my legs (though I’ll be wearing stocking to try and cover them up) it’s from deep tissue work I’m having done. They’ll be consistent for a while here. I’m doing therapy and getting back into yoga to improve my flexibility. My body pain has been very intense since being sick with COVID, it gets into your soft tissues so it makes sense but it sucks and I’m tired of talking about it! I want to be transparent but chronic pain is so boring. Stuff hurts all the time except when it doesn’t. The end. 😂😂
