Feeling better.. ❤️❤️ Right now I am treating with anti-inflammatory and nerve focused pain medications. I do icing throughout the day. I play with clay, do stretches and am getting acupuncture and hand massage. I'm also juicing anti-inflammatory herbs and drinking very spicy juices that really do seem to help. Very committed to getting better. Miss this space with all my heart.
