I didn’t expect it to happen today but I picked up the phone and all this stuff spilled out. It’s been a long-time coming. What’s been wild about having this space is how much time it’s freed up for me to be able to engage in healing. I’ve been fully supporting myself since I was 17. The bulk of my career has been in jobs where I help nurture other humans and help small humans figure out their place in the world. Before the pandemic, I hadn’t had more than two week’s planned vacation in my working career. That’s thanks to all of you here. The bummer is all this growth leaves me in places that aren’t *sexy*. And makes feeling *sexy* odd or even unattainable. Overcoming emotional boundaries and mental hurtles isn’t fun and doesn’t bolster a sense of self while you’re in the thick of it. But with each piece of healing I am finding after this psychedelics trip, I get a little more bolstered and plans are shaping and forming again. I feel playful again. I feel strong and confident again but I gotta show you. Like, *really* show you. I also gotta get laid. Good lord 😭
