I fell way off track this year with mental health and the stabilization of my stomach/inflammation so I haven’t been focusing on my fitness, a strict plant-based diet or a proper routine. And this is all for good reason. I am happy where I am now in understanding the baseline of care and in getting my head back on straight. But I gotta undo the damage lol I gained weight. I’m trying to love my body and not wince at what I see on camera so I can make uninhibited content again. Please keep showing me love. It means so much to me. I feel vulnerable here so much of the time ❤️❤️
