It’s funny how much we overestimate that we think we’re hurting someone, but it’s ok to brush a little harder. I think the same applies to my life. I often think I’m being abrasive when I stand firm on my boundaries, but it’s not hurting the other person. It’s ok to say no to situations you feel less than enthusiastic about. How are you practicing saying no in your life?
