My usual workout routine✨ (I always do same exercises with little modifications depending on what machines are available😜)
1. Warm up: 2,5 km run with 12-13 km/h
Main program (weight lifting) 💪🏻 4 sets 12 reps of:
2. Squats (free weight or smith machine): 50-60kg
2. Lunges (on smith machine or Bulgarian): 25-30kg
3: Hip thrusts: 100kg
4: Hip abductions: 50kg
5. Back lifts (not in the video and not sure how the exercise is called correctly😂 but it’s aim is glutes) with 20 kg
6: abs workout

I never train upper body and back😝 if you think they look muscular - it’s just bad genetics and effect from my lower body workouts🙃
