How did your work week start? I hope you are doing well and better than me. I have severe allergies, my nose is swollen and I can't breathe. My eyes are always red and itchy. For several days I have been trying to find an allergen in the apartment. I already threw out the duvet from Zara home, and herbal teas. any recommendations on how to find the allergen that can trigger me?
