Anyone know any pain relievers from a pinched nerve? I fucked my shoulder up saturday night and have been in pain ever since. Been icing/applying heat on it and attempting to stretch but it hurts so bad. I have a shoot two hours away tomorrow and I’m not looking forward to it but I need new NUDE content.
Bleh. Just kill me.
