Great gym session. The ease of going is getting better. 3rd day in a row. I have 1 more to go and then a hike with my special friend Friday. To get back in gym mode, it took about 6 weeks. I’m on week 8. The urge to drink is down to nonexistent. Sex feels better and stamina is up. I’m cooking at home instead of postmating every day. I can still need some better rest. As work returns back from the holidays, my sleep schedule will properly adjust. Working out is what they call a key habit. A key habit leads to smaller good habits to develop because it’s a necessary to keep up the key habit. Stay up my peeps. You all are badass 💪🏿 Would you like ny work out routine?
