I intend to have a fun, happy, positive and productive month for May! I intend to celebrate and play as much as I can. I intend to move my body more, learn for fun and make all the best moves towards my goals for Marina’s Maid Cafe, Jade Dynasty and the world. A few things I want to do - reduce salt intake - study languages - study nature things - practice breathing more often - visit mother/plan something for Mother’s Day - personal assistant/dog watching for Mother’s Day - Celebrate Asian month - relax - be more consistent with my physical therapy, research more exercises to make me comfortable and stronger - more meditation everyday - love myself - love Gang Gang - love friends - love family - love life
