Crazy messaged my old roommate and he responded he’d help later. I don’t have friends for safety and stuff so I haven’t had any real interactions in a while. I’ve been feeling extra weird/alone from the “job” and it helps to have people around who know enough or “get it”. I’m feeling better. Still trying to ground myself. What do you do to self soothe or calm yourself? I used to eat and shop extra hard. Now, I’m trying talking, weed and lavender oil.
