Added 2020-08-06 22:33:29 +0000 UTC❥⊰✧⫷ In honor of today being my 3 year anniversary of when I embraced the nomad life and began traveling around the world perpetually, here are some photos from the first half year of my travel. In that first half year, I drove by myself from the east coast to the west coast: my destination was Oregon to attend a legendary festival that was taking place during the Solar Eclipse. On the way to Oregon, my longest pit stop was in Colorado, where I had a magical time exploring the mountains and the music/arts scene with a cam model who invited me to stay at her house with her and her roommates. This potently magical experience would resurface in my mind about a year later, and influence me to return to Colorado the following summer for round 2. The Eclipse festival in Oregon absolutely changed my life. A couple days in to the week long festival, I met a boy from Canada who was 6'3", with enchanting blue eyes and blonde hair, a huge playful smile and light-hearted charisma - he downright looked and appeared like a mystically sexy elf - and it was love at first sight. We confessed our love for one another in the profoundly serene darkness of the Eclipse, and from that point on, a relentless burning passion was ignited between us. After the festival, we explored the surrounding nature for a week; hot springs, rivers, forests - making love multiple times a day, and inducing each other into awe by the incredible depth of every moment we shared and the absolute potency of our kismet connection. I went to Seattle to shoot content and stream with a lesbian cam couple and he went back to BC, Canada. After a couple weeks we reunited, and the intensity of our connection was a stunning catalyst packed with wild revelations. We traveled the entire west coast in his van - a Mitsubishi Delica imported from Japan. The steering wheel was on the opposite side than we are accustomed to here in the West. It had so much character. Just like him. The coast of Washington, Oregon, and California was where some of the most blissfully vivid, exquisitely epic memories of my life took place. My first time in love. Living in a van. The infinite possibilities of being on the road. Mother nature's incredibly endless beauty. Sex multiple times every day. Healing from the darkness of my past. A beautiful being whom I saw infinity in every time I looked deeply into his eyes. Everything and more than I had ever fantasized of. Don't get me wrong, though: There was really hard times. The mostly subtle, sometimes more pressing, anxiety of never truly knowing where we would find a spot to park the van to sleep. The growing pains of falling in love when both people have trauma and heart break from their past that they still haven't fully processed and healed. Recklessness. Hormonal youth. Jealousy. The lack of the proper communication skills necessary to express such intense feelings. Conflicting visions for the best relationship dynamic. Hard lessons. Way beyond our comfort zones. Unpredictability. Triggers. Lowest lows and highest highs. After trekking the west coast for five or so months, we made the journey from SoCal to Vancouver in a few days to catch a flight to head to Panama. We spent three weeks camping on the beach at a festival where proper tribes from all over Central & South America, as well as one from Africa, come and share their esoteric wisdom, spiritual practices, and ceremony. It was here that my spiritual journey really kicked off in a profoundly aligned way. I learned about setting intentions. About creating ceremony. Meditation. Mantra. Community. Living naturally. Connecting with deeper intimate awareness with the Earth and with others. Dancing ecstatically. Liberation of the mind and body. Plant medicines. Psychedelic states of consciousness. Alternative lifestyles. And so much priceless advice from people who have deeply lived life and are empowered to tell the tales. This is but a very small fragment of the entirety of the first half year of my travel. There's so much more to say. So many reflections. Tales to tell. But I shall keep it at this. for now.
