So I had to walk then through how to make this secret menu item. "Heat the first tortilla, then cover that in cheese, bring that back to the press and add another tortilla on top, heat that until it melts. Ok, now take that and fill it with rice, pork, corn, sour cream and more cheeses. Yes, the outer tortilla is going to crack, this isn't about presentation". Seriously, it was like I was teaching them how to make fire. I had Jaime follow behind me and order the exact same thing, because I wanted two for myself but I didn't want to seem like Brendan Fraser in The Whale kind of fat, you know to civilians. So I came home with my prize and ate every last crumb of those 2 Quesarito in 15 minutes. I was fucking stuffed but so content 🤤.
