We were called At The Heart Of It All, and we were a sort of electronic, experimental, noise, punk, weird thing. We took influence from Factory Floor, Crystal Castles, Throbbing Gristle, Primal Scream etc. We were a 3 piece; and I was on Sampler with Kaoss Pad, Drum Machine and Vocals. Not necessarily always singing as such, a lot of the time the vocals were more on an extension of the music and noise. We were like Marmite; you either loved us or you hated us. Only British people will get that reference.
