

Breakfast is my favorite meal 😋 Although it wasn't always that way. I used to not be able to eat for 3-4 hours after waking up. But I always knew it would be bad for me in the future. Gradually I made a habit of eating breakfast and now it's the best start of the day 🤗 A beautiful breakfast for myself is also a little ritual and meditation, and I think it's about respecting myself and taking care of myself.
