Diary. 14 days until my birthday.
Today on acceptance. Did I mention I have a planner where I write down my schedule for the week? I'm a very structured person and of course it's hard when life changes my plans and I don't have time to adapt. So what helps me? Acceptance of everything that happens to me. It's like having absolute trust in the world, believing that the world is only doing the best for me and maybe knows the way better than I do. I have to admit it's hard, this way of thinking. And my first thought in my head is always resistance, it takes me a few minutes and breathing practices to shift my attention to positive thinking. Yoga and books helped me once. I still work every day to take this world easier and be more flexible. Accepting that you're going to be working on yourself your whole life and just moving..... that's probably one of the keys to absolute happiness, if such a thing exists lol.
