

I want to share with you my little secrets on how I keep fit and feel energetic and healthyπ
1. πββοΈ Regular exercise. I try to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. It can be jogging, gym classes or yoga classes. The key is to find something you enjoy! 2. π₯ Eating right. I emphasize healthy foods: lots of vegetables, fruits, protein and whole grains. Sometimes I indulge in dessert, but in general I try to stick to a balanced diet.
3. π§ Hydration. Water is very important! I always carry a water bottle with me and try to drink enough fluids throughout the day.
4. π§ββοΈ Taking care of mental health. Being physically fit is not only for the body, but also for the soul. I am mindful of my emotional state, use meditation and mindfulness practices.
5. πΆββοΈ Less sitting, more activity. I try to move throughout the day: I walk, get out for walks, take breaks to warm up. This helps keep my energy levels up
