Remember everything meant for you is with you in this moment right now. Allow yourself to forgive yourself. Maybe you feel like there was more you could have done but remember you did everything you could in that moment with the resources you had available to you. Remember it’s never too late to apologise if you acted in a way that wasn’t loving to someone.
