Added 2022-08-27 22:05:31 +0000 UTCFEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY! Looking back at this video is a good reminder to me that it’s good to face your fears head on. I have or shall I say ‘had’ a fear of heights. The idea of jumping from a such a height into a black hole of water that you can’t see the bottom of terrified me. You can see in the video I’m not happy about this idea. I just couldn’t figure out why people would actually pay to do this. But……. I make it a habit to face things head on that make me uncomfortable. Constantly keep pushing myself out of comfort zones. This is how we grow our strength of mind. So I did the jump - got out the water and went and did the jump a few times again after that. 👍👍😁
