This is a formal request for yall to send me pictures of any Christmas food you have/make over the holidays! I love seeing what everyone has so much and it genuinely brings me joy haha.
These are a few pictures of my most recent one. I am the cook of our friendship group so I did the main meal part and I think it went well, especially as I had to make it ALL vegan. We agreed the only part that didn't taste like it's non vegan equivalent was the gravy, which I think is a fair statement.
Before he passed away this year, my dad was a chef for 40(?) Years and was kind enough to share many of his roast dinner tips with me. Luckily most of these could easily be made vegan.
