

☀️So….what’s your go to breakfast ? Here’s mine! 😋 When I’m not intermittent fasting and do break my fast This year I’ve been trying to change my diet! I love avocado toast! Sometimes I add a sliced boiled egg and melt Swiss on whole grain toast! So yummy🤤 and it’s quick and easy to take on the go with my busy schedule! When I want to switch it up I will do a egg over med with Swiss on the whole grain toast! 🥑🍳
